Pointing out that the Karataş public housing project, which consists of 36 blocks and is the size of a small town with an area of 50 thousand square meters, is the first project completed among similar projects started in the same period, Balat said, “Karataş public housing, which is the product of a professional team work, has an average of 5 thousand people. people will be accommodated. “I hope that all beneficiaries’ new homes will be beneficial and auspicious,” he said.
Muharrem Balat stated that the TOKİ Seyrantepe mass housing project of 1,104 houses, which is under construction under the commitment of Baltaş İnşaat company, one of MB Holding companies, is nearing completion.
